Errors on our part:

Before printing your documents, our factory will provide you with a digital copy for review. If you notice any discrepancies in the digital version, we will make the necessary changes until it meets your satisfaction. Once we confirm that the final digital copy is perfect, we will proceed with the printing process.

Please note: If you receive a package that does not match the final digital copy we approved together, we will ensure it is reprinted and shipped to you again. Additionally, if the package is damaged, we will also redo it and send you a replacement.

Errors on your part:

After you received the documents, If you identify any errors in the documents and they match the final digital copy, please note that any changes you request will incur an additional fee for revisions.

We will make the necessary corrections and send the document(s) back to you for a repair and reprint fee starting at $20.00, depending on the extent of the changes. Standard shipping rates will apply.

If you request any corrections after 30 days, you will need to place a complete reorder, as the original files will have been discarded.
